  • If you want to guarantee your chop, chat, chill, we advise you to book a table!

    However, we do accept walk-ins and we reserve some tables each day for walk-ins and these go on a first-come, first-served basis. The smaller your group, the more likely we'll be able to fit you in.

  • For bookings of 4 or under, you will be required to secure your reservation with a credit/debit card. No money will be taken from your card at the time of booking. However, please be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking 24 hours prior to the reservation, a late cancellation fee of £10 per person applies and will be charged to your card.

    If there’s been a decrease in your booking size, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your booking. If you fail to do so, and your group size has decreased by two or more people, there will be a fee charged to your card of £10 per person for each guest that did not attend.

    Failing to attend your booking without informing us ahead of time goes against what we believe are the good principles of hospitality. All bookings who no-show will be charged £20 per person.

  • We are aware that for small group of diners there is a sporadic issue which occurs with the 2-factor authentication. If you did not receive a booking confirmation email then your booking hasn't gone through.

  • For bookings of 5 or more, a refundable deposit is require to secure your booking. Dining out is an experience and our deposit policy demonstrates our guests' commitment to their chop, chat, chill dining experience just like a typical event/show and protects us, as a small independent restaurant, in the event that guests fail to honour their booking.

    If you fail to cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.

  • Yes! Over half of our menu is vegan and gluten-free and all our meat dishes our halal. So book your table and come chop, chat, chill!

    For more information on specific dishes, you can view our allergy matrix here. But please do still let us know about your dietary requirements when you arrive in restaurant as sometimes recipes change faster than we update our website!

  • Yes! After 6.30pm on Monday to Saturday and all day on Sunday, there is free street parking available on Talbot Road which is just behind us and the other side roads nearby. You can also use the Your Parking Space app to park in the Tesco which is a 30 sec walk from the restaurant

    Alternatively, there's a PaybyPhone parking in Tottenham Green Leisure Centre.

  • Unfortunately, our restaurant isn't fully accessible. Whilst we have had guests with a range of accessibility requirements dine with us, we do have a step on entry, narrow walkways and a non-accessible toilet.

  • As we’re a small restaurant, we have limited space, so if you’re coming to chop, chat, chill with young children, we do advise booking or contacting us in advance to ensure we can fully accommodate you on that day.

    We do have high chairs and we do our best to cater to your need for pram space.

    If a high chair is required, please do also include your baby in the number of guests when making your booking so we can seat you on a table with enough space for a high chair.

  • For the maximum comfort of our team and guests, the restaurant is a pet-free space, so please don’t bring your dog to chop, chat, chill.

  • We’re cashless, so cards only please. And yes, we accept American Express!

Can I come for a late chop, chat, chill?

The real question is how late is late? We seat last guests 45 minutes before the restaurant closes, so as long as you’re there before then, we’ll happily welcome you.
